Compensation
$22 – $26/hr
The position provides swimming instruction to adults and children, teaches safe-swimming procedures, and assists lifeguards with pool inspections, cleaning, and lifeguarding. It is a non-appropriated fund, flexible FLEX position with 0–40 hours per week, possible evening, weekend, and holiday coverage, and requires CPR, first-aid, and lifeguard training, swimming knowledge, and a favorable background investigation.
