The Recruiter will join a UK-based cleaning company expanding its reach. This fully remote role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates via various platforms like job boards and social media, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, presenting suitable candidates to hiring managers, preparing offer documents, assisting with onboarding, and maintaining detailed candidate records. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, possess excellent communication skills, particularly in English, and demonstrate strong organizational abilities.
