Description
Penske is hiring a recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Washington and Oregon operations, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation, onboarding initiation, job advertising, hiring events, candidate communication, background and reference checks, hiring-manager coaching, recruiting-system reporting, and legal compliance. The role supports approximately 30–50 primarily hourly positions and is based on-site in Vancouver, Washington or at branches, with frequent phone and email interaction and occasional travel or participation in schools, organizations, leadership meetings, and career events.
