OSCO Construction Group is hiring a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across skilled trades, technical, and professional roles throughout Ontario. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the role partners with hiring managers, sources and assesses candidates, builds talent pipelines through schools and community outreach, maintains applicant tracking system data, develops recruitment campaigns and employer-brand materials, and represents the organization at presentations and job fairs. The position requires at least two years of full-cycle recruiting and school engagement experience, a relevant post-secondary degree, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to travel to OSCO locations in Ontario.
