Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience
In-house recruiting experience
Successful track record of negotiating with and closing tech talent.
Experience hiring high volume and niche talent.
Preferred Qualifications: Expertise managing volume in-bound applications, optimising advertising strategies and utilise ATS (Personio)
Focused approach to attracting and engaging passive candidates, building a diverse pipeline through effective sourcing strategies.
Ability to think critically, adapt easily to changing priorities, collaborate with fellow recruiters, and optimize own time to move at pace.
Data-driven approach focusing on optimizing and influencing through analytics.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
