The Recruiter / Active Sourcer will proactively source IT experts for client projects, coordinate applications through offer acceptance, support candidates and clients throughout the project phase, negotiate compensation and contracts, and maintain the internal CRM database. The role is permanent and full-time in Heidelberg, with flexible hours, two days of home office per week, training, career development, and other benefits.
