The role sources skilled and support staff through recruiting platforms, identifies and contacts candidates, conducts telephone interviews and pre-qualification, maintains a candidate pool, and collaborates with HR consultants and personnel coordinators on placements and temporary staffing. Initial recruiting or HR experience is an advantage, while strong German, digital recruiting-tool, MS Office, and people-oriented skills are required.
