Accent is hiring a Recruiter to connect candidates with suitable vacancies, present candidates to companies, write job postings, prospect for new clients, and meet sales targets. The role involves morning team planning, independent candidate and employer work, and tracking objectives. Recruiting experience is a plus but not required because Accent provides training and coaching. Compensation is a gross salary of €2,400–€3,200 depending on experience, with variable pay and additional benefits.
