Arch is hiring a Recruiter to support company-wide hiring and build talent pipelines. The role owns full-cycle recruiting, manages candidate sourcing and outreach, conducts structured screens, coordinates interviews, partners with hiring managers, tracks recruiting metrics, and helps scale recruiting processes. The position requires 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, including some technical hiring, along with strong organization, communication, judgment, and adaptability. Most full-time roles are onsite in New York City, with Boston listed for select roles.
