Assystem is hiring a Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and Framework Managers on full-cycle recruitment for engineering and infrastructure projects. The role sources active and passive candidates, builds talent pipelines, manages vacancies through screening and onboarding, supports employer branding, provides market intelligence, and maintains ATS records. Candidates should have proven full-cycle recruitment experience, strong sourcing and candidate-engagement skills, and the ability to influence hiring decisions; experience in power generation, transportation infrastructure, engineering, utilities, construction, or facilities is advantageous.
