BKF Engineers is hiring a temporary Recruiter for an anticipated six-month assignment supporting full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles across the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, screening candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, coordinating candidate communications, maintaining ATS records, supporting onboarding, building talent pipelines, researching labor-market trends, organizing recruiting events, and handling related administrative work. The position requires at least three years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication and organizational skills, ATS experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. It is an hourly hybrid role paying $30-$40 per hour, with occasional travel to BKF offices and client sites.
