BKF Engineers is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join their team. This temporary position involves assisting in managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with candidates, updating candidate records in an ATS, supporting onboarding, contributing to talent pipelines, researching job market trends, and organizing recruitment events. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in corporate full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the AEC industry, with strong communication and organizational skills.
