BKF Engineers is hiring a temporary Recruiter for an anticipated six-month assignment supporting full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles. The position involves partnering with hiring managers, screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating the candidate experience, maintaining ATS records, supporting onboarding, building talent pipelines, researching labor-market trends, and assisting with recruiting events and administrative work. The role requires at least three years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience, AEC industry experience, ATS proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. It is a hybrid hourly position paying $30.00–$40.00 per hour, with occasional travel to BKF offices and client sites.
