BKF Engineers is hiring a temporary Recruiter for an anticipated six-month assignment supporting full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, coordinating candidates, maintaining ATS records, supporting onboarding, building talent pipelines, researching job-market trends, organizing recruiting events, and handling related administrative tasks. Candidates need at least three years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience, AEC industry experience, ATS proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position is hybrid, may require occasional travel to BKF offices and client sites, and pays $30-$40 per hour biweekly.
