Boehringer Ingelheim is hiring a Recruiter in Biberach an der Riß to manage the end-to-end recruiting process, develop talent-acquisition strategies, partner with hiring managers, conduct structured interviews, assess candidates, and create job offers. The role is limited to one year, can be performed part-time at least 65% of the time, and requires a hybrid setup with approximately three to five days per week on site. Applicants need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, several years of recruiting experience, pharmaceutical-industry knowledge, structured-interview experience, and conversational German and English.
