The role partners with hiring managers and HR teams, sources passive and active talent, manages applicant tracking systems, reports recruitment analytics, and maintains relationships with educational institutions, licensing authorities, and behavioral health organizations. Candidates must reside in North Carolina or South Carolina and have at least three years of staffing or recruitment experience, including experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or licensed professional roles.
