C3 Industries is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions across its retail, cultivation, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions. The role partners with hiring managers, sources candidates, conducts interviews, coordinates hiring activities, maintains ATS records, supports onboarding, and contributes to workforce planning and employer branding. It is a hybrid position in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and requires 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ATS and Microsoft Office experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to pass a background check.
