Cartesia is hiring its first Recruiter based in Bangalore to scale hiring across research, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer success. The role owns full-cycle recruiting for Bangalore-based roles, develops interview processes and rubrics, partners with hiring managers, builds diverse candidate pipelines, manages candidate experiences, and tracks hiring metrics. It requires at least four years of recruiting experience in technology, go-to-market, or business recruiting, with startup experience preferred. The position is in-office in Bangalore, with visa sponsorship support assessed on a case-by-case basis.
