Description
The Recruiter performs full-cycle recruiting, including staffing needs analysis, resume screening, candidate interviews, assessments, background checks, candidate sourcing, advertising, internal transfers, offer delivery, and applicant tracking. The role partners with hiring managers, manages candidate and client relationships, ensures employment compliance, and requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a similar field, at least five years of full-cycle recruitment experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and English/Spanish bilingual ability. It is a full-time, non-remote position with occasional evening and weekend work and 25% travel.
