Description
Cielo is hiring a remote Cielo Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, including intake meetings, sourcing and recruitment marketing, candidate evaluation, pipeline development, candidate communication, and offer recommendations. The role requires a high school diploma, high-volume recruitment experience, experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting, familiarity with ATS and social media tools, and knowledge of talent acquisition principles and metrics. Taleo ATP is preferred.
