Cielo is hiring a Cielo Recruiter in Albany, New York, with a hybrid work setup and an 8am–5pm EST schedule. The role manages the full recruitment cycle, including intake meetings, sourcing and recruitment marketing, candidate evaluation, candidate communication, and offer recommendations. It requires manufacturing or industrial recruitment experience, union-site experience, full-cycle and high-volume recruitment experience, Workday ATP experience, recruiting success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting, familiarity with ATS and social media tools, and knowledge of talent acquisition principles and metrics.
