Recruiter at Comfrt

Comfrt is hiring a full-cycle Recruiter to support recruiting during a period of growth. The role partners with hiring managers, manages job postings and workflows in JazzHR or Greenhouse, conducts first-round interviews, sources candidates through the ATS and LinkedIn, coordinates interviews across time zones, and tracks recruiting metrics. The position requires at least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, sourcing expertise, strong communication and organization skills, and the ability to ramp quickly; it is fully remote and offers company-covered health insurance, paid time off, a 401k match, and product discounts.
