Description
Databricks is hiring a Recruiter for its EMEA Talent Acquisition team to support hiring across Field Engineering and GTM. The role is sourcing-led, with the majority of time spent mapping talent, running outbound campaigns, and building relationships with passive candidates. It owns full-cycle hiring for early-career and individual contributor roles, partners with hiring managers and senior recruiters, maintains candidate and ATS data quality, and tests new sourcing tools and channels. The position reports to the Manager, EMEA Talent Acquisition and is suited to someone interested in developing technical sourcing skills in the Data and AI space.
