Dirac is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full recruiting lifecycle for individual contributors across Engineering, Product, Operations, Security, and GTM. The role includes proactive and inbound sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, ATS and pipeline management, offer and pre-onboarding support, and recruiting operations improvements. Candidates should have experience sourcing and placing talent in high-growth technology startups, using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound tools, operating an ATS, and applying modern AI tools. The position is based in New York and offers a $90,000–$110,000 USD pay range, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, stock options, and commuter benefits.
