Description
The Recruiter will support direct personnel placement for a client by screening applications, supporting selection for dual study programs and training positions, conducting and coordinating in-person and online interviews, maintaining applicant records, supporting onboarding, and improving recruiting processes. The role is based in Mülheim an der Ruhr and requires commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification, strong German, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.
