DÔEN is hiring a full-cycle Recruiter to manage recruitment intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff; partner with hiring managers; build active and passive candidate pipelines; maintain records in Rippling ATS; and ensure hiring practices comply with employment law and company policy. The role requires at least three years of recruiting experience, sourcing and pipeline-building skills, ATS experience, and strong communication, and is paid $75,000-$95,000 on a hybrid schedule of three office days and two work-from-home days.
