Eastern New Mexico University is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to recruit prospective students, counsel families, manage assigned high-school territories, conduct presentations and campus tours, coordinate recruitment events, and support admissions and enrollment activities. The role requires regular travel throughout New Mexico and out of state, including overnight lodging and evening or weekend work, along with a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of leadership or professional experience, strong communication skills, and a valid New Mexico driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days.
