Filevine is hiring a full-time Recruiting Partner to own full-desk recruitment for 10–15 active requisitions across key business units. The role manages sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Metaview, and local networking; conducts structured technical and cultural interviews; partners with hiring managers; maintains pipeline accuracy in Lever; and represents the company at Chicago-area employer-branding events. Candidates need at least three years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, on-site availability in Chicago, generalist recruiting versatility, and experience with modern recruiting tools.
