FST Technical Services is hiring a Remote Recruiter in the United States to manage the full-cycle recruitment of technical and engineering talent. The role partners with hiring managers, sources candidates, screens and interviews applicants, coordinates offers and background checks, supports onboarding, maintains ATS records, and develops talent pipelines. Candidates need at least three years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including experience with technical, engineering, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled-trades roles, along with sourcing, interviewing, communication, organization, and ATS experience. The position offers a salary of $80,000–$85,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
