Glow is hiring a Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for its global G&A teams, including HR, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other outreach tools, partnering with hiring managers, managing multiple open roles, tracking recruiting metrics, and improving recruiting workflows and dashboards. Candidates should have proven full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or G&A functions, strong sourcing and structured-hiring experience, stakeholder-management skills, and familiarity with ATS tools and recruiting analytics.
