The role collaborates with location managers, HR, Marketing, and education partners, improves recruitment processes, and supports the organization’s equal-opportunities mission. Candidates need an HBO-level working and thinking ability, at least three years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with recruitment tools such as Recruitee and AFAS. The position offers a 100% appointment for one year with possible extension, a salary of €3,035–€4,052, and benefits including childcare discounts, travel reimbursement, health insurance contributions, and a year-end bonus.
