Goodwill Columbus is hiring a full-time Recruiter in the Columbus, Ohio metro area to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, ensure compliance, track recruiting metrics, and support employer branding and community outreach. The role pays $25 to $28 per hour and requires 1–3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience, along with knowledge of employment law, communication skills, ATS and HR-system experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
