Harmonic Security is hiring a Recruiter to partner with leadership and hiring managers across Engineering, GTM, and Operations. The role manages full-cycle recruiting, builds diverse candidate pipelines, uses AI to automate recruiting work, advises hiring leaders, analyzes pipeline and source data, supports offer negotiation, and promotes inclusive hiring practices. It requires 3–5 years of GTM and Engineering recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup environment, strong people-analytics skills, strategic sourcing ability, and familiarity with recruiting tools; cybersecurity experience is preferred. The role is open across the United States and United Kingdom.
