Helpware is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, build candidate pipelines, support external recruitment partners, develop job postings, negotiate offers, improve recruitment processes, and support onboarding. The role requires recruiter experience, preferably in mass hiring or high-volume environments, strong English, knowledge of recruitment policies, MS Office proficiency, and analytical and interpersonal skills. The position offers medical and life insurance after a trial period, English classes, and a Monday-to-Friday Kyiv Time schedule.
