Description
The Class A CDL Driver Recruiter identifies, screens, engages, and hires qualified Class A CDL drivers for Hermann’s freight network. The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, phone screenings, document verification, background checks, motor vehicle reports, drug testing, DOT compliance, orientation scheduling, travel logistics, and candidate follow-up. It requires at least two years of recruiting experience, transportation-industry knowledge, CDL-A and DOT qualifications, and proficiency with Tenstreet.
