I Am Boundless is hiring a Recruiter to build relationships with field staff, generate referrals, prospect for new candidates, and deliver quality candidates for open job orders while providing excellent customer service. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of related experience, and knowledge of full-cycle recruiting; healthcare staffing, intellectual and developmental disabilities, HRIS, and human resources certification experience are preferred. The position offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
