Description
The Idaho Housing and Finance Association is hiring a Recruiter to meet staffing goals, recruit high-quality candidates, conduct interviews, source applicants, maintain job postings and applicant tracking records, coordinate offers and pre-employment processes, and represent the organization at community events and job fairs. The role requires at least four years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, familiarity with recruiting software, knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. The salary is $60,000–$70,000 per year depending on experience.
