Kobie is hiring a Recruiter to execute full-cycle corporate recruiting across its hiring functions. The role manages requisitions from kickoff through offer acceptance and onboarding, sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews, maintains ATS and talent pipelines, partners with hiring managers, and supports employer branding. It is based in the Tampa Bay, Florida area and operates remotely with occasional in-office collaboration at the St. Petersburg headquarters. The position requires 3–5 years of full-cycle corporate or in-house recruiting experience, ATS proficiency, LinkedIn Recruiter expertise, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions.
