Koch is hiring two Recruiters in Wichita, Kansas, one supporting Guardian Glass and the other Koch Capabilities. The role manages the full recruitment cycle, sources passive candidates, builds talent pipelines, assesses candidates, partners with hiring leaders and HR, uses labor-market data and recruiting technology, and advises business partners on talent availability and hiring practices. Candidates need full-cycle recruiting experience, applicant-tracking-system and recruiting-technology experience, partnership and data-informed hiring experience, and adaptability; knowledge of Principle Based Hiring and Avature is advantageous.
