LPA is hiring a Talent Acquisition professional to support recruiting across its architecture, engineering, and research disciplines. The role partners with hiring managers and firm leaders, develops job postings and candidate pipelines, sources candidates, screens applicants, coordinates interviews, prepares offers, conducts reference checks, and tracks recruiting outcomes. The position requires at least five years of human resources or related experience, strong communication skills, Microsoft Suite proficiency, and the ability to communicate with C-suite or principal-level leadership; a bachelor's degree and AEC industry experience are preferred.
