Description
The Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process for associates and professionals, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant records, supporting candidates, and developing relationships with hiring managers and clients. The role also involves driving sales activity, attending networking events, hosting recruitment events, and conducting weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume clients. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales are required; an associate or bachelor’s degree and Applicant Tracking System experience are preferred.
