The Recruiter manages and coordinates candidates across the full recruiting funnel, supports candidate experience, schedules interviews, maintains applicant-tracking-system data, creates candidate profiles, contributes to recruiting-process optimization, and builds talent pools. The role collaborates with HR, specialist departments, and executives and gradually assumes independent responsibility for selected positions. It requires commercial training or a business-administration degree, recruiting or HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, German and English proficiency, and interest in digital HR processes.
