Micron Technology is hiring a Recruiter to advise hiring managers and other recruiting stakeholders, determine talent needs, source and assess candidates, manage the hiring process, negotiate offers, maintain recruiting data, and support recruiting projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of recruitment, direct sourcing, and stakeholder-management experience, professional hiring or scouting experience, stakeholder-reporting ability, and excellent Japanese communication and presentation skills.
