Inland Family of Companies is hiring a Recruiter in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to support full-cycle recruiting across property management, facilities maintenance, real estate advisory, architecture, marketing, research, and corporate operations. The role manages requisitions, sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews, maintains ATS records, develops talent pipelines, tracks recruiting metrics, and supports employer branding.
