Description
The Recruiter reports to the Dean of Student Success and is responsible for recruiting new students, particularly those interested in Lea County, West Texas, and New Mexico. This includes identifying and supporting stop-out students, visiting high schools and colleges, building relationships with educators and community leaders, assisting with admissions applications, and providing information on educational opportunities and financial aid. The recruiter utilizes a CRM system to manage leads and track progress, collaborates with marketing teams for promotional materials, coordinates tours, supports orientation events, and assists with program updates.
