Description
Pavago is hiring on behalf of a client for a fully remote Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple industries and functions. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, managing offers, supporting onboarding, maintaining ATS records, and partnering with hiring managers to improve pipeline health and hiring efficiency. The position requires at least 2 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, ATS familiarity, and excellent English communication.
