Pavago is hiring a full-time remote Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting lifecycle for a client, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate communication, offer management, onboarding support, and recruiting operations. The role requires at least two years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or headhunting experience, full-cycle recruiting experience, ATS proficiency, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines. The position is fully remote and follows U.S. client business hours, with an application process involving a phone screen, video interview, sourcing exercise, client interview, offer, and background verification.
