Provectus is hiring a Recruiter to scale its Forward Deployed Engineers, Forward Deployed Executives, Product, and GTM hiring function in the United States. The role owns full-cycle recruiting, direct sourcing, talent-market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and the US talent community strategy, including events, workshops, hackathons, and university programs. It is based in the New York/New Jersey area with 2–3 onsite days per week and offers full-time W2 or contract employment, with an OTE range of $100,000–$140,000 and health, vision, dental, retirement, and vacation benefits.
