Description
The Recruiter & Talent Partner manages the full recruitment lifecycle for production colleagues, from translating hiring needs into cost-efficient strategies and guiding candidates through selection, to supporting their integration and development for 9–12 months. The role also maintains external partner networks, supports employer branding, and regularly works on the production floor to build trust between shop-floor employees and management. Candidates should have broad recruitment experience, preferably in a production environment, strong people-assessment and communication skills, and Dutch, English, and French language abilities.
