Rising Ground is hiring a full-time Adoption Recruitment Specialist to facilitate permanent family matches for children in its Wendy’s Wonderful Kids Program. The role develops child-focused recruitment plans, searches for adoptive families, conducts outreach and interviews, coordinates with case managers and other service providers, supports adoption preparation and transition planning, and maintains child readiness assessments. The position is based in Brooklyn or Bronx, requires in-person work at least three days per week, and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance.
